SCHEDULE

  • 7:30 a.m.: Check in begins for the women's division

  • 8:25 a.m.: Player's meeting for women's division

  • 8:30 a.m.: Women's division begins play

  • 8:45 a.m.: Check in resumes for all participants

  • 10:30 a.m.: All mixed teams need to be on site — Play will begin as women's division finishes — Short meeting before play begins

  • 1:30 p.m.: All men's teams need to be on site -- Play will begin as mixed division finishes — Short meeting before play begins

All start times are tentative as courts become available. Come out early to cheer on your friends and meet some new ones!

FORMAT

  • WOMEN: All nine teams will compete in a Round Robin with the top four teams advancing to bracket play.

  • Round Robin: First to 11, win by 1 point

  • Semifinals: First to 15, win by 2 points

  • Third-place Game: First to 15, win by 2 points

  • Championship: Best 2-out-of-3 match; First to 11, win by 2 points

  • MIXED/MEN: There are 2 pools of 8 teams in both the mixed and men's divisions competing in a Round Robin with the top 4 teams from each pool advancing to bracket play.

  • Round Robin: First to 11, win by 1 point

  • Quarterfinals: First to 15, win by 2 points

  • Semifinals: First to 15, win by 2 points

  • Third-place game: First to 15, win by 2 points

  • Championship: Best 2-out-of-3 match; First to 11, win by 2 points

TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES

  • Tie-breakers for determining bracket seeding: 1. Win/Loss; 2. Head to Head; 3. Point Total; 4. Playoff (First to 11, win by 1 point).

  • Teams will switch sides when one team reaches 6 points for games to 11 and 8 points for games to 15.

  • Winning teams must report both scores for both teams to tournament central as soon as the game concludes.

  • Be respectful of your opponent on calls.

  • No replays on balls that hit a crack or dead spot in the court. (Did we mention this is a fundraiser tournament for 6 new, beautiful, dedicated pickleball courts?)
